NPR: Army’s Official Iraq War Report Cites Poor Planning

For the first time after the 2003 invasion, the Army has a official history of the Iraq War which criticizes itself of how it was poorly planned. By interviewing 200 senior military officers, the army has produced a 700 page self-assessment of the war.
